A little more about the publication & yours truly
I’ve been in the online marketing space since 2008.
I knew nothing, other than I wanted to find something I could do so I could be home for my kids. I was widowed in 2003 with two small children at home and, up until then, had always worked in management, with hours spent commuting and kids in childcare.
Doing this alone, even with the help of wonderful family and friends, was challenging, to say the least.
When I discovered “Internet marketing” in 2008, I knew it would be my way forward. I went all in. I was “The WordPress Chick” for ten years, shifted to content marketing, launched a successful physical content planner, and kept my focus on content & email marketing. I launched my first newsletter, #FtheHUSTLE, in 2020, which later became the SPARK, and I have loved the newsletter space ever since.
After 16+ years in online marketing, it’s time for a change.
I am fiercely here to support and uplift Women.
As I hit midlife, I’ve become incredibly curious about the different paths women have taken, specifically with money. With a desire to understand and master my money mindset, I’ve set about having open conversations with women of my generation and older (not to say I won’t be speaking with younger women also) to start changing the narrative.
I genuinely believe we’re entering the era of the woman, and I’m here for all of it.
